Clinton Surrogates Using Illegal Robo-Calls to Suppress Vote in North Carolina

A Hillary Clinton surrogate group, "Womens Voices Women Votes", is responsible for widespread robo-calls and misleading mailings to African Americans and single women in North Carolina and other states including Louisiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.  These actions, which are believed to be illegal, are aimed at suppressing voter turnout.  The robo-calls imply that the call recipients are not eligible to vote unless they mail back a {non-existent} "voter registration packet".  Read about it in ProgressiveSouth's diary in DKos.

when a internatinal call trying to get a call to SriLanka it is going throgh illegal operator and it will convert the call to a local one.it is a big issue and when we trying to get calls to other countries we cannot connect to them in many times.

@SriLanka

Hey! Thanks for all the great info. I was browsing through a bunch of political websites and blogs (mostly liberal ones) and I came across your blog and find it to be very interesting. There are a bunch of others I like too, like huff post, and other news sites like politico. Do you know of any that cover politics and the environment? I saw earthlab.com which has mostly environmental info but some politics. I took EarthLab.com’s carbon calculator (http://www.earthlab.com/signupprofile/). It was pretty easy to use (and it doesn’t make me feel guilty after I take it). Are there any other blogs you would recommend? Can you drop me a link to your favorites or any ones with green info?
